We are looking for an

Account Manager to lead the retention of our XR healthcare platform throughout Germany! With SyncVR Medical it’s our mission to improve healthcare with Virtual/Augmented Reality (XR).

Requirements

Germany is by far the most important European market and it is your goal is to establish complete market leadership here. As the Retention Account Manager Germany your responsibilities are:

Customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts;

  • Establish a trusted relationship with each client and drive continuous value of our products;
  • Actively manage and expand all our 20+ scientific research projects;
  • Generate sales opportunities with existing customers via networking & relationship building.
Everything from actively reaching out to customers, solve issues online as well as offline within customer hospitals (with long hours in public transport), giving demos/workshops or connect with our tech team: you will do everything that is necessary towards SyncVR Medical becoming the leading medical XR platform in Germany. You will be the leading person for our complete German market.

Who you are?

  • You are enthusiastic, commercial and entrepreneurial;
  • You have knowledge or experience in German healthcare;
  • You are fluent in German and live in Germany (location doesn't matter);
  • You are excited to travel all throughout Germany;
  • You have the ability to understand a client’s context through effective questioning and listening;
  • You can truly convince people and enjoy doing retention sales;
  • You are an infinite learner and innovator;

For this role, the salary is between €3.000 - €4.500 and you can become part of our stock-option program through which you become a co-owner of SyncVR!
