Job Scope:
Focused on representing the voice of Customer Business Development (CBD) across the organization, provide key integration touchpoints around commercial planning and governance and driving the category and channel strategy and associated pricing and promo policies and build brands’ equity. Lead the development and deployment of a channel strategy for New Brands and drive profitable growth. By working cross functionally, you will deliver the trade category toolkit, which outlines a 6 P strategy for each brand.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance including gap closure activities and optimization.
- Ensure the right stocks are available within BUD and BCO branches, while working closely with CX Team.
- Lead on innovations from volume build to listing and ensuring availability in stores. (From Idea to Shelf)
- Flyer Tracking and ensuring we have the right prices on Flyers vs Competition and SPI
- Support CSP Ass Managers in Deep Dives and analysis by Customer and Category
- Ensure Plans in ACTPM are matching agreement in BPMs
- Work directly with the CBD teams & CX team to enhance the Service Level of PC, working on open orders and different locations.
- Communicate with CBD any changes happening whether on codes, barcodes ….etc
- Monitor OSA and make sure to capture opportunities with the team.
Commercial Management:
- Measure and review category performance by channel.
- Support customer/category specific category management projects.
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal: Marketing, Customer Business Development, Customer Service, Brand Marketing, Finance.
- External: Promotional and Sell-out Agencies.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Diploma.
- 1 or 2+ Years of Experience in key account management experience within FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong bias for action with a growth mindset.
- Strong influencing & selling skills.
- Ability to contribute, influence and work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization.
- Self-starter, independent thinker, action oriented, and passionate.
Key Requirements (Optional):
- Full proficiency of English and Arabic language.
