Basic Job Scope:
- Learn and acquire all essential knowledge on the business operations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Oversee all areas of operations.
- Identify problems and provide effective solutions.
- Report directly to the higher management.
Requirements:
- English proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel and Word)
- 2 years work experience
- Strong leadership acumen
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks
- Good communicator, proactive to complete the job
- Able to multitask under pressure.
Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 depending on experience. The Management Trainee will be groomed for promotion to General Manager position.
