We need a strong multi-tasker who can hit the ground running, answer customer phone calls, describe our services, and schedule and coordinate service visits for our technicians. Ability to logically schedule service appointments based on location is extremely important.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Describe service offerings and pricing to customers
- Efficiently schedule appointments for technicians in our field service software (training provided)
- Provide documentation and directions to technicians as necessary
- Call/email/text customers about scheduling their service or rearranging service calls
- Opportunity to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform strategy as dictated by interest level
Qualifications
- Above-average computer abilities. Experience using Word, Excel, handling email attachments, file organization, and learning new software for scheduling
- Good-natured with extremely professional customer service skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Experience working with a team
- Familiarity with Google Maps or other navigation applications
- Knowledge of the surrounding territory
