We are looking for a capable Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our group. An ideal candidate would be an expert software engineer, has managerial experience, skilled in delivering cloud services at scale, has healthcare background or familiar with healthcare systems and clinical data, a team player, organized, with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 software engineers, including hiring new team members in the future.
- Lead the design, development, delivery and support of a cloud-based infrastructure and platform Health AI service.
- Create engineering plans and execute them while ensuring effective high-quality delivery, working closely with program managers.
- Lead security, privacy and compliance processes on the engineering side.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the group and ensure that industry best practices are followed.
Qualifications

Qualifications :
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of server-side software development experience using C#/Java/TypeScript or similar languages.
- 2+ years of experience as a people manager or a tech lead of a software development team.
- Track record of delivering services at scale and supporting complex production systems and enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience in building cloud-based solutions/services on a public cloud like Azure.
- Experience in handling security, privacy and compliance-related processes.
- Proven technical and analytical abilities - problem solving, design and coding skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent listening skills.
- Methodical, well-organized, thorough and detail oriented.
- Team player, positive attitude, collaborative.
- Dedicated, hard worker, makes things happen.
Advantages- Health & Life Sciences domain experience and/or biomedical knowledge.
- Experience with AI models.
- Experience with .NET or .NET Core.
- Experience with Docker Containers and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps pipelines.
