Job Description
Your main duties will include:
- Accurate processing of AR. Ensuring pricing is reviewed against approved pricelists.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Customer Master data in the Accounting System
- Accurate and timely transaction processing
- Debt follow-ups with customers
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Preparation of weekly AR report for discussion with management
- Daily banking upload and journals
- Bank reconciliations including investigation and resolution of reconciling item
- Liaison with Business Unit ("BU") staff on banking transactions
- Liaison with banking institutions regarding online banking, corporate credit cards and company bank accounts
- Assist in the management of half year and full year audits
- Preparation and delivery of audit items
- Assist in any audit related issues
- Assist in the completion of the half year and year end statutory accounts
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of end to end AR experience, and have very strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will have strong excel skills and most importantly, good attention to detail.
