Job Description
Responsible for answering phone enquiries, feedbacks and appointment bookings for NTUC Health Denticare while projecting professionalism and company’s core values at all time.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to patients or clients of NTUC Health Denticare
- Project excellent product knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism in handling all enquiries.
- Managing difficult clients with compassion, patience and sincerity with a goal to resolve the matter as amicable as possible.
- Provide a complete report of the case and channel the feedback to the relevant department.
- Gathering sufficient information from patient to arrange for the appointment booking.
- Managing the appointment booking promptly and accurately
Qualifications
- Min. ‘O’ Level
- Min. 1 year related working experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Patience and courtesy to provide an initial contact point for all recruitment queries
