Designation: Receptionist cum Admin Assistance
Experience: 3-4 years of experience
Job Location: Santacruz (W), Mumbai
Timings:
Monday to Friday - 10:30 am to 6:00 pm
Saturdays - 10:30 am to 2:00 pm
Desired Skills:
Candidate should be proficient in written and spoken English.
Should have computer knowledge – Word, Excel.
Presentable with good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and cabin
Ensure the conference room is ready for any client visits/ meetings
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, folders, etc)
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Keep record, entry & manage the Attendance log machine
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as print-outs, photocopying.
Any administrative job assigned by the management
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
