Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Learning: Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to help students grasp various subjects, concepts, and skills.
2. Subject Expertise: Teach one or more subjects within the designated grade levels, depending on your proficiency and comfort.
3. Individualized Support: Provide personalized attention and support to students who may require additional assistance in understanding topics.
4. Lesson Planning: Collaborate with the curriculum team to create effective lesson plans and learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
5. Progress Tracking: Regularly assess and track students' progress to identify areas of improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
6. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and achievements.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and subject-specific developments to continuously improve your teaching skills.
8. Adhere to Policies: Comply with the school/institution's rules, guidelines, and codes of conduct to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: 12th grade passed or equivalent qualification.
- Strong passion for education and willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of relevant subjects or expertise in specific subjects (based on the role).
- Ability to connect with students and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students.
