Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Thai- English) [Thailand]


 

The ideal candidate should have a background in outbound calling in a business-to-business environment or similar professional high-level interactions performing either consultative selling or appointment setting. Must be fluent in both English and the language they’re representing. Experiences working with Google Sheets and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub-spot are also great to have.

Will make outbound calls on behalf of our client to prospective customers with the goal of securing appointments.

● Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade attendance to a

webinar/seminar, take an appointment or several other marketing activities.

● Convert materials from English to Thai as deemed necessary.

● Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales

presentations.

● Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

● Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request

donations for charitable causes.

● Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.

● Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine

reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.

● Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

● Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on initial sales contacts.

● Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.

  • Conversational confidence to have a customer telling you “no” becomes the beginning of a conversation, instead of the end
  • Professionalism and call handling skills to ensure that those customers who have no need for your product/service, are left with a positive feeling so that they would recommend your product/service to a friend after the call ends

SET-UP REQUIREMENT FOR BILINGUALS:

  • PC (not Apple or Chromebook) with at least 8GB RAM
  • Internet: Fiber or Fiber Broadband, at least 3 Mbps
  • Headset

SCHEDULE: At least 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday, Timezone based on Client’s requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ฿24,101.00 - ฿29,265.50 per month
