As a Marketing Sales & Service Finance Analyst for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.
Your responsibilities

Translating strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets- Being responsible for business planning and rolling forecast, drive and coordinate cross functions to achieve budget/forecast.
- Monitoring progress achievement and provide insight and analysis to support operational decision-making
- Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvement actions
- Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions
- Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
- Assessing business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required
- 2+ years of business controlling experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting
- Familiar with Digital Finance tools
- Business oriented mindset to support business development, familiar with Market and sales activities in product business model
- Cost management, Process excellence and Solid SAP knowledge/experience (CO/FI) preferred
