Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role/doing similar tasks
- Spearhead the department and lead its members into ensuring that the different products that each production department is yielding (dressed chickens, feeds, chickens, day-old chicks) top quality produce.
- Perform weekly inter-section department meetings. Manage and address QA and personnel concerns.
- Perform inter-department rounds, inspecting the quality of workmanship that the different members of the department are performing.
- Meet with other department heads to coordinate repeated findings or get feedback to further improve processes.
- Report to the COO on a weekly basis. Inform him of the different status of the different departments with regards to quality assurance.
- Perform additional tasks that the upper management has tasked him to perform within his capabilities and scope of work.
- Office location: Cagayan de Oro City.
