Job Description:
- The primary responsibility of the residential construction foreman will be to manage and coordinate construction projects. This candidate should have an outstanding leadership personality, and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Residential Construction Management
- Excellent knowledge of residential construction operations & equipment
- Good time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Good physical condition and stamina
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
- Manage and monitor members’ attendance and work.
- Adhere to relevant safety regulations.
- Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor expenditures and keep in budget.
- Ensure labor and other resources necessary.

Salary: From R21,355.00 per month
