What will you do
The scope of key responsibilities includes:
- Perform the TH Q&C Executive Summary Report Reviewing- monthly report
- Lead standards deployment and quality system initiatives
- Responsible for leading complaint via PQMS theirs closure in effective and timely manner.
- Lead for manage complaint management for investigate the complaint and action plan initiation, including effectiveness of the action with timely manner.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly report preparation.
- Responsible for quality system improvement in manufacturing process included WH, SANPRO, Powder, and Liquid
- Manage complaint via PQMS system for part of investigation
What we are looking for
Essential knowledge and skills:
Education:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Science
Professional Experience:
- Experience in QA or related fields.
- Extensive on quality auditing experience in a consumer product, pharmaceutical and medical device would be advantage.
- QA exposure to quality standard eg.ISO, GMP will be desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good knowledge of GMP and/or equivalent Quality Assurance Systems (eg. ISO 9001:2015).
- Quality Auditing and Quality System.
- Strong communication skill with leadership abilities. Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English together with computer literacy.
