We are looking for Guest Relations Manager

As a Guest Relations Manager, we rely on you to

Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel.
Take responsibility for all Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests.
Provide help and assistance to all guests

Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests.

We are looking for someone who:
Posses Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
At least 3 years experience with an international class hotel.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer oriented and has a can-do attitude
Self starter and a team player.
Commitment to professional values.
