Modernize in modern surroundings
You will join the InnoVision Hub, located in the open-floor offices within the gorgeous, hypermodern architectural gem Mikado House, right between DR Byen and Islands Brygge. Our team is based in Copenhagen and drive projects across the region, where we aim to make digital innovation one of the cornerstones of our business throughout Northern Europe:
“Facility services has thus far been a very routine-based industry with little change in the way in which things are done. We aim to challenge that. Especially in these years of COVID, inflation and so on, we are forced to rethink a lot of what our business is – and designing digital experiences is a vital part of that effort.” Says Jonathan Hentze, Director for InnoVision Hub, Northern Europe.
Your colleagues include some of the brightest minds in the industry, working with everything from data engineering and insights to conceptual design and digital innovation. You will work closely with the User Experience & Engagement Specialist, the Full Stack Developer and the Digital Innovation Manager in the team, whose wealth of experience you will benefit greatly from, especially early on.
Experience as the beating heart of digital innovation
Your task, very simply put, is to drive digital innovation from the end-user’s point of view and ensure that the user journey and experience becomes the guiding principle in our disruptive efforts. You will be responsible for involving end-users throughout innovation processes and bridge the gap between user needs, wishes and action with the opportunities offered by digital application. You will interact with key people working in Growth, Consumer Sales, Operations, Retail, IT and more, understand their business areas and push the limits of what they can achieve to further their potential.
In your day-to-day, you can expect to be:
- Develop Web & App designs according to UX principles
- Facilitate user involvement throughout innovation and development processes
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma and lead test sessions
- Participate in Design Thinking innovation projects to understand the end-user perspectives and scope development aimed at shaping the best possible experiences
- Develop InnoVision Brand Design

You will have amazing opportunities to test and adapt your skillset in project management and cloud technologies with new projects in various business areas.
