About the job
As part of the Data Team, the Data Steward Junior will play a crucial role in supporting the migration process between our project management tools and SalesForce.
You will be working closely with our experienced Data Steward, who will provide guidance and support as you grow in your role.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a major project that will streamline our operations and enhance data integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the data migration requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and map data structures between the project management tools and SalesForce.
- Cleanse and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency during the migration process.
- Develop and implement data quality rules and standards to maintain high-quality data.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to verify the accuracy of the migrated data.
- Identify and resolve any data issues or inconsistencies that arise during the migration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth data integration and data flow.
- Document data migration processes, procedures, and guidelines for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in data analysis, formulas, and functions is a mandatory field.
- Basic understanding of SalesForce is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data stewardship.
