Media Specialist
Are you a Media Specialist with strong understanding of the modern integrated media landscape, and fluency in digital/social media platforms ? Was this experience gained within the communications department of organizations with international activities? Do you have excellent writing and editing skills ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Media Specialist to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
You will further the Client's external communications strategy by positioning the Client as a thought leader on global health and development issues among key audiences globally and by securing media coverage of priority issues relevant to their mission.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- University degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, International Development or a relevant field.
- Experience in journalism, public relations, or related communications field
- Solid experience in journalism, public relations, or a related communications field
- Proven in-depth understanding of communications operations, principles and practices
- Over 2-4 years of experience in journalism, public relations, or related communications field
- Experience working in a large, preferably global organization;
- Experience working in a developing country
- Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
