Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our sales process by engaging with potential investment cases, assessing their potential, and booking meetings with relevant prospects. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge in online businesses, eCommerce, and retail.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
1. Fluent in English: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective customer interactions and collaboration within our international team.
2. Academic Background: Ideally, you possess an academic background, preferably from a University, which demonstrates your commitment to learning and acquiring knowledge.
3. Location in Tangier: You should be living and working in Tangier, Morocco, or open to moving here, as this is where the role is based.
4. Ambitious and Outgoing: We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You should have a natural ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
5. Business Acumen: You have a strong interest in learning more about business and a curiosity to understand and learn about online businesses. Previous experience or knowledge in this field is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a base salary of 5,000 MDH with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus that is unlimited, but expected to be around 2,500 MDH on top of the base salary. Additionally, the base salary increases by 20% annually, providing excellent long-term benefits for you.
