Job Detail
- Coordinating triangular shipment (3 countries), issue documents, check stock, and support the sales team
- Coordinate with the Sales team to support any requested such as invoice, PO, inventory
- Compare cost of shipment both freight and sea shipment
- Execute import & export (from China manufacturing of the Company)
- Communicate with each global branch and suppliers PIC in Japanese
- Coordinate with international warehouse to process deal
- Sending email in Japanese, calling in Japanese
- Other assigned tasks

experience
- Female 28- 35 years old
- JLPT N2 or above
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Working experienced as sales assistant for 3 years up in the trading company
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLookup)
- Passionate in develop career in a company with fast growth and start up environment
- Good to have knowledge of stock management due to warehouse / Logistic background
