The selected candidate will work with the web team’s Devops specialist daily, learning and assisting in the maintenance and improvement of ECLAC’s Drupal CI/CD pipelines. Duties may include:- Collaborate with the DevOps specialist to assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure and automation tools.
- Support the development and deployment of CI/CD pipelines for applications and services.
- Assist in the configuration and management of Infrastructure automation tools.
- Assist in the monitoring and optimization of system performance, security, and availability.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Work closely with developers and system administrators to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software products.
- Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices related to DevOps and make recommendations for improvements.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a knowledge base.

(a) Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or,
(b) Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent).
- For this internship, studies in the area of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with Software/IT experience are desirable.
