Responsibilities

1. Responsible for platform merchants Operational work, design the business cooperation process, access and exit strategies, etc., and be responsible for the growth of the business scale 2. Establish a business layered operation system, build a business operation data monitoring system, describe the business quality, service, credit and other attributes, and do a good job Observation and analysis of data, discover problems in time, and output solutions 3. Basic operation work on the merchant side, including historical case collection, service provider certification, operation incentive strategy design, etc. Transformation ability 5. Gain insight into the core demands of merchants, and summarize iterative and implementable products and operational solutions through research and analysis, and follow up the results.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of business operation experience, experience in the home furnishing industry is preferred 2. Participation and leadership A complete product or project experience is preferred, with structured thinking and business dismantling ability 3.
