Job Specification
- Be the face of the clinic and welcome every client with a smile and always maintain professional approach.
- Escorted every client to doctor's clinic/treatment rooms.
- Offer refreshments to the clients as soon as they arrived.
- Building rapport to ensure waiting patients feel engaged and not neglected.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Requirements
Graduate of tourism or equivalent.
with 2 years hospitality background
excellent customer service skills.
